Welcome to propertyfellows! We are a digital real estate advertising/marketing and information services platform connecting people with the real estate market. propertyfellows and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the “Company” or "propertyfellows.in") provide you with access to a variety of services, including but not limited to the www. propertyfellows.in the website (the "Website") and propertyfellows.in's mobile applications (the “Mobile App”) and all the products and services available through our Website and Mobile App (collectively the "Services"). The Website and Mobile App are owned and operated by Locon Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

This document and the Privacy Policy is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions about electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. These ‘Terms of Use constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Defined Terms:

Unless otherwise specified, the capitalized words shall have the meanings as defined herein below:

  • "Agreement" shall mean and include the completed application form, its attachment(s), and the terms and conditions stated herein. It shall be deemed to have been executed in New Delhi.
  • "Company": is defined as propertyfellowsRealty Services Limited ("the Company") an existing Company under the Companies Act, 1956, and has its corporate office at Times Centre (Digital Content Production Facility), FC - 6, (Third Floor), Sector 16 A, Film City, NOIDA - 201301 U.P., along with its unit for the Company's website Magicbricks.com.
  • "Date of Commencement" is the date indicating the acceptance of the application by the User to the service. It shall be specified by the Company in its notice to You either through e-mail or conventional mail.
  • "Date of Termination" is the date of expiry mentioned in the notice or/and the letter of termination.
  • "propertyfellows" is defined as the internet website of the Company at www.propertyfellows.in
  • "My Subscriptions" contains time to time information and description of the Services for the User provided by the Company in writing or contained on the website propertyfellows.in.
  • "Registration Data" is the database of all the particulars and information supplied by the User on the initial application and subscription, including but without limiting to the User's name, telephone number, mailing address, account and email address.
  • "User" is defined as an individual or corporate subscriber for the Services and the signatory, whose particulars are contained in the application form and include his successors and permitted assignees. "User" or "You" also includes any person who accesses or avails this Site of the Company to host, publish, sharing, transacting, displaying or uploading information or views and includes other persons jointly participating in using the Site of the Company.
  • Words referring to masculine include the feminine and the singular include the plural and vice versa as the context admits or requires; and Words importing persons include individuals, bodies corporate and unincorporated.

Term:

These Terms shall continue to form a valid and binding contract between the Parties and shall continue to be in full force and effect until the User continues to access and use the Site.
